What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Restaurant Housekeeping position at Zehnder's of Frankenmuth?
Hours: 3am-11am
Function: Cleaning or working in various areas per the housekeeping schedule or supervisor.
Work Performed:
1. Cleans the interior public areas, including the dining rooms, restrooms, and hallways.
2. Cleans the exterior areas, including the front sidewalk, parking lots, and empties the trash cans.
3. Banquet set-up, table arrangements, chairs, and audio-visual equipment.
4. Sorting, shipping, and doing the in-house laundry.
5. Snow shoveling.
6. Cleans The Fortress and does banquet setup.
7. Polish hard floors and clean carpets.
8. Wash windows.
9. Perform detail cleaning project as assigned.
10. Other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting up to 50lbs regularly
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical knowledge to operate a pallet jack.
Other Requirements: Available to work weekends and holidays.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
