Sales Associate

Zehr Building, LLC is a well established and busy construction company looking to add to their team and we are currently looking for a sales associate.

Sales associates are responsible for communicating the benefits of Zehr Building in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and it's prospective customers and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing customers with information and assistance that relates to their construction job.

Responsibilities Include

Presenting, promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Supply project managers with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services.

Requirements & Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative; Ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales; excellent selling, negotiation and communications skills; prioritizing, time management and organizational skills; ability to deliver estimates tailored to the customers needs

Some construction knowledge helpful
