We are currently looking for a motivated team member in our Service Business Development Center. The Automotive Service BDC Representative is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. Responsibilities are to make sure your team is:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
- Making outbound call, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
- Schedule future contact as needed.
- Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to customer website requests.
- Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
