Position: Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly while delivering elite customer service. You'll work closely with our service technicians to ensure they have the right parts to complete every repair efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify and fulfill parts needs
- Create purchase orders, track parts status, and manage the parts purchasing process
- Provide top-tier customer service with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain and manage inventory across the rooftop
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of service department work orders
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $16.00 – $20.00/hour, based on experience
- Bonus and commission pay opportunities
- Automatic 401(k) enrollment
- Full benefits package, including health and dental insurance
- Benefits start the 1st of the month following 50 days of employment
Schedule:
- Full-time

Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of auto parts experience (Preferred)
