Position: Service Advisor
Goal:
To assist customers with their service needs, fostering loyalty and trust while ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Arrange service appointments efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and gather necessary vehicle information.
- Accurate Reporting: Document customer vehicle issues clearly and accurately.
- Service Recommendations: Review service history, inspect vehicles, and suggest additional services as needed.
- Cost Estimates: Provide detailed, written estimates for labor and parts.
- Progress Monitoring: Keep track of repair progress throughout the day.
- Communication: Inform customers about any changes to estimates or timelines, explaining costs and obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
