Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers by assisting with all their service needs. This position focuses on building loyalty and trust, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. We're looking for someone with strong goal orientation, a proven track record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Welcome customers warmly and gather accurate vehicle information.
- Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns on repair orders.
- Review service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend additional services as needed.
- Provide detailed, accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day and update customers as needed.
- Communicate any changes in costs or timelines, obtain proper authorization, and ensure transparency.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
