- Qualifies and inspects products to ensure compliance with CZV specifications and standards.
- Maintains appropriate written and / or computer documentation.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Works within a specific area and may be cross-trained to work in other areas.
- Works in different workstations or product lines as production needs require.
- Participates in meetings to enhance departmental communication and efficiency.
- Trains peers. Do you qualify?
- Required : HSD / GED / Equivalent Experience
- Required : 0 - 2 years related experience
- Preferred : Manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow safety guidelines with the ability to identify and understand safety items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment
- Exceptional attendance record
- Honest, dependable and able to follow directions either written or verbal
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and approach to work
- Patience to fully see the task through is a must
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team setting or independently, as needed
- Customer Service Mindset
- Desire to learn
- Ability to read English and identify numbers
- Good verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate with other associates in a clear, concise manner
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work overtime when needed
- Preferred :
- May require vision and / or color hue recognition testing (Required for tinters)
- General office / computer experience
- Basic knowledge of frame and lenses

- The list goes on! The pay range for this position is $16.00-20.00 / hr. The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity / specialization / scarcity of talent.
