Position Overview
VP, Product Delivery & Strategy is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and ongoing support, ensuring successful and timely delivery of products or services that meet business and customer needs.What You'll Do
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and ongoing support for all I&E product capabilities and delivery modalities
Accountable for developing, maintaining and delivering on quarterly, annual and multi-year product roadmap across I&E portfolio
Ensure successful and timely delivery of products or services that meet business and customer needs.
Work closely with VP of Product Engineering and VP of Data Engineering, as well as supporting Zelis enterprise teams in agile working model to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration for product design, development and delivery.
Manage Product Management team responsible for all product and product delivery capabilities including new product features, modules, capabilities and experiences.
Ensure effective working model between Product and Engineering for efficient product development processes.
Lead team in developing & maintaining I&E products across UI, API and SDK enabled delivery modalities.
Work closely with Product Data peer to maximize value of I&E capabilities in both delivering insights and impact from data capabilities
Work closely with Product Solutions peer to maximize value of I&E products in effective product and commercial packaging and commercialization strategies and tactics
Deploy and leverage product analytics to assess product performance and inform product roadmap for enhancements, new features and new products
Engage across Zelis for market insights on "problems to solve" for our clients, prospects and potential new segments and end markets. Sources include Strategy group, Product Solutions, Marketing, Sales, Client Management, Client Advisory Councils, direct client engagement, and general primary and secondary research
Accountable for API engagement and delivery to clients via enterprise Zelis Marketplace
Accountable for deployment of AI (including RPA, NLP, and ML) use cases for internal product usage, as well as market-facing capability enhancements and new offerings
Maintain effective documentation and communication of future and committed product roadmap, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual progress updates in both written and verbal formats.

What You'll Bring to Zelis
Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree with focuses on Business Administration, Marketing and 10 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience with healthcare IT solutions or in working with or for Insurance companies is valuable but not required.
Proven track record of collaboration across teams, ability to influence and build teams.
Location and Workplace Flexibility
We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
