Position Overview: Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative at Zelis Payments, you will play a vital role in addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients to address inquiries related to payment and data processes
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and promote the use of electronic payment options
  • Assist providers with registration processes, web portal setup, and product inquiries
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Zelis Payments products and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold privacy standards

Professional Experience And Qualifications

  • Strong passion for customer service and assisting others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technical troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail and reliability in work performance
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications
  • Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in customer service scenarios

Education: High School Diploma

Compensation And Benefits

Zelis offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, incentives, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs. Our call center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, with various shifts available and no night or weekend work required. Additionally, we observe eight company holidays throughout the year.
