Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls to clients to address questions regarding payment and data processes.
- Resolve outstanding issues and provide clear explanations of available electronic payment options, including credit cards and direct electronic funds transfers.
- Assist providers with the signup process for direct electronic funds transfers, including registration and web portal setup.
- Efficiently navigate Zelis systems and processes to deliver prompt and thorough responses to client inquiries.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Zelis Payments products and services.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures, particularly those related to privacy and compliance.
- Strong passion for customer service and dedication to helping others.
