Payroll - Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and deductions, including bonuses, overtime, and other pay adjustments.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
2. Attendance Management
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records using HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to address attendance discrepancies, leave balances, and overtime tracking.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for time-off requests, absenteeism, and related records.
3. Data Management
  • Maintain and safeguard sensitive employee data in line with company policies and privacy standards.
  • Regularly audit payroll and attendance records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support leadership in decision-making.
4. Compliance and Legal Adherence
  • Ensure all payroll processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing or a related HR/Finance role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., HRMS, SAP, or similar systems) is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to managing data accuracy.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
