We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hospitality Coordinator to join our hospitality team. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe transport to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Support the front desk team during peak times to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or guest services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Must be able to lift heavy luggage (up to 50 pounds) as needed.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
