Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other household items as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of the home.
- Cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required by clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
