What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Assistant position at Zelle Human Resources Solutions?
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills to fulfill this essential operational role in support of our real estate brokerage and property management services. General office duties include answering phones document preparation data entry mail filing and maintaining electronic records. Must be able to communicate clearly both over the phone and in writing. Ideal candidates will be adept at solving problems collaborative on making processes more efficient and able to work independently. Position is 2025 hours per week MF.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phones
- Compile and distribute weekly and monthly updates to team members
- Data entry activities in support of brokerage and property management services
- Draft correspondence and other documents
- Maintain physical and electronic files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate appointments for other team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
