As a Growth Marketing Manager at Zello, you will drive lead generation and digital demand generation strategies across paid channels, SEO, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and website optimization. You’ll own multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, optimize nurture strategies, and improve website performance to drive conversions. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, aligning marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer advocacy, and RevOps to ensure seamless campaign execution and pipeline contribution.
We're based in Austin, TX, and we offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. This role will be in office 3 days a week.

What You'll Do
Lead Generation Campaigns
- Own and manage paid digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) to drive enterprise decision-maker engagement.
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts with a mix of email, calls, executive outreach, direct mail, VIP gifting, and retargeting.
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to support in-person events and integrate event-driven lead generation strategies.
- Build email marketing sequences and nurture programs for leads, including inbound, event-driven, and trial signups.
- Implement lead nurture campaigns for go-to-market initiatives (GTMs) using PMM’s content.
- Optimize pre- and post-show nurture workflows to increase event ROI.
- Partner with RevOps to refine lead scoring models and improve MQL-to-SQL handoff efficiency.
- Own web-trial conversion strategies, optimizing trial signups across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Monitor and optimize sales form submissions to increase qualified inbound leads.
- Lead SEO and content performance efforts, optimizing Zello.com for organic demand generation and inbound traffic.
- Implement A/B testing strategies on key landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Work with the data team to measure trial signups, form submissions, and the impact of web and email interactions on pipeline growth.
- 4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ABM, and digital acquisition.
- Proven experience managing paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) and SEO strategies.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, sales, RevOps, and customer advocacy teams.
- Data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and website optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Generate MQLs from nurture, digital, paid, and ABM campaigns
- Growth in organic traffic & inbound lead volume.
- Improved lead quality from website-generated traffic.
