Maintenance Supervisor

JOB TITLE: Co-Op Maintenance Manager

REPORTS TO: Park Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Maintenance Manager has the following responsibilities and requirements:

General:

· Oversee maintenance of the property and buildings owned by Zellwood Station Co-Op

· Interface with vendors servicing Zellwood Station

· Manage maintenance staff

· Provide information to Park Manager as to conditions that relate to maintenance and replacement of assets

· Assist Community Association Maintenance team as needed

Specific Responsibilities:

· Assign work responsibilities to Co-Op Maintenance staff

· Monitor the successful and timely completion of those assignments

· Provide first line authority over vendors supplying services to Zellwood Station, which includes, but not limited to, landscapers, electricians, plumbing, heating and air.

· Work closely with the landscaper’s supervisor to ensure contracted work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner

· Assume responsibility for all minor repairs, painting and roadwork

· Bring to the attention of the Park Manager any needs that are outside the staff’s qualifications or equipment availability that will require outside bids

· Define bid needs and requirements for obtaining bids on each outside project

· Oversee daily maintenance of the Co-Op Pool

· Assist Park Manager in the accurate recording and retention of the Co-Op’s assets

· All maintenance of the Co-Op property including the White House, Restaurant, Clubhouse, Pro Shop, mailrooms and Gazebo

· Upkeep of the storage areas and facades of all buildings including keeping them clean and free from bugs, cobwebs and dirt.

Qualifications:

· High School and/or Trade School graduate

· Competent in all types of maintenance needs

· Willingness to work with others

· Effective leadership abilities

Knowledge:

· Basic computer knowledge

· Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
