Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in Arizona for a litigation attorney, Insurance Coverage. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Zelms Erlich Lenkov is a dynamic, rapidly growing law firm operating in California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. Responsibilities

• Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
• Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports
• Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions
• Comfortable handling court appearances
• Negotiating settlements
• Daily time entry
  
  

Qualifications

• License to practice law in AZ
• Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
• at least 3 years of law practice experience
• Comfortable working remote/independently
• Strong ethics and professionalism
• Organized with attention to details
