Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in California for a litigation attorney, Insurance Coverage, Law in Motion Attorney, The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Responsibilities :
- Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
- Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports
- Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions
- Comfortable handling court appearances
- Negotiating settlements
- Daily time entry
