Full Time employees working on average 30 hours or more per week.
The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will perform various tasks and functions to ensure smooth office operations. Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk and lobby management, answering phones, and greeting/serving visitors, as well as various general office administration duties.
Role Description:
- Welcome clients and visitors, assist as needed, and serve refreshments
- Answer phones, route calls, and deliver messages
- Oversee daily office opening procedures
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Manage office and breakroom supplies; maintain related budgets
- Coordinate delivery and setup of community lunches
- Work with cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized office environment
- Maintain office operations and distribute building communications
- Present a positive and professional image for the organization
- Process and route sample development and billing (freight forwarder to China Office)
- Review monthly statements from Freight Forwarder and China Office
- Maintain WIP for routing and billing of samples
- Enter daily detailed packing lists (DPLs) in ERP for samples and bulk shipments
- Process paperwork for sample product development yardages before delivery to customers
- Communicate professionally with internal and external parties

- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and various data management systems
