Manufacturing Quality Inspector
ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures high precision and complex engineering parts and assemblies for manufacturing, automotive, packaging, medical and other industries. We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Quality Inspector with excellent work habits and outstanding work skills. Candidate should have CNC machining background.

What you will do as a Manufacturing Quality Inspector :
Inspect parts and assemblies in process, receiving, first article and finished product
Read blueprints and specifications in metric and imperial to ensure that operations meet required standards
Use tools such as calipers, height gauge, micrometers and other gauges
Setup and operate ZEISS and Hexagon CMMs
Recommend any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
Disposition and control on non-conforming product
Perform statistical and random assessments to secure series product quality
Create and maintain measurements reports for internal and customer quality
Support internal and external audits for AS9100 certification
Directly interact with key customers to secure customer quality standards as well as investigate customer claims regarding quality issues
The ideal candidate :
5 years professional experience in CNC Production and / or Quality Control of
components, prototypes and small series parts
Knowledge and experience in programming and operating ZEISS and Hexagon CMMs
