If you’re an experienced VDC Designer l ooking to grow your expertise in process piping, plumbing, fire protection, structural, or semiconductor modeling, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with client and other industry representatives, helping to direct all matters BIM / VDC related.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and field teams, to integrate BIM / VDC workflows into project execution.
• Model process piping, plumbing, fire protection, structural, or semiconductor systems, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
• Utilize Navisworks and clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts in multi-discipline models.
• Support fabrication efforts by ensuring models meet LOD 400 / 500 requirements, delivering construction-ready details where applicable.
• Maintain quality control standards, minimizing errors and ensuring consistency across all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and leverage new digital construction technologies.
