What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and field teams, to integrate BIM/VDC workflows into project execution.
- Model process piping, plumbing, fire protection, structural, or semiconductor systems, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
- Utilize Navisworks and clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts in multi-discipline models.
- Support fabrication efforts by ensuring models meet LOD 400/500 requirements, delivering construction-ready details where applicable.
- Maintain quality control standards, minimizing errors and ensuring consistency across all project deliverables.
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and leverage new digital construction technologies.
- 3 years of VDC/BIM modeling experience, working with complex building systems.
- Proficiency in Revit is required, with experience in process piping, plumbing, fire protection, structural, or semiconductor modeling.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other coordination tools.
- Ability to interpret and model from construction documents, schematics, and design drawings.
- Experience developing models at LOD 400/500 is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring highly accurate model development.
- Experience working in construction, semiconductor, or industrial projects preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX and collaborate effectively with project teams.
