Northwood RV Resort, part of Zeman Homes RV Resorts, is looking for a part-time seasonal Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the resort.
This is a full-time seasonal position that will work about 40 hours per week.

Essential Job Duties
- Performances groundskeeping duties such as removing weeds, raking leaves, planting flowers/shrubs, and perform other lawn care services as necessary.
- Ensures community is presentable, inviting and meets standards.
- Cleans and maintains community buildings and maintenance garage. Maintains vacant sites.
- Performs general maintenance/handy man duties around the property.
- Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
- Ability to provide legible written reports.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Availability to respond to resort needs during non-business hours while on-call.
