What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician position at Zeman Homes?
Community Operating Solutions, a Division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a full-time and a part-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs groundskeeping and routing maintenance needed to maintain the Folly Estates mobile home community.

Essential Job Description
- Performs regular groundskeeping and lawn care services.
- Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities.
- Cleans and maintains community buildings. Maintains vacant sites.
Requirements
- Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance.
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment.
- Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift-up-to 50 pounds.
- Ability to provide legible written reports.
- Prior snow removal experience preferred.
- Availability to respond to community needs during non-business hours.
- Excellent customer service skills.
