What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant (Seasonal) position at Zeman Homes?
Oaks of Rockford, a 55 community in Rockford, MI, is looking for full-time or part-time Pool Attendant. This seasonal position works from mid-May through Labor Day and is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary pool area and performing light housekeeping duties in the Resident Activities Center.
This position works weekends and holiday.
Essential Job Duties
- Take periodic water tests or pool and spa.
- Clean and vacuum pool and spa.
- Clean pool deck and all surrounding areas, including pool bathrooms, daily. Straighten and clean pool furniture.
- Monitor residents entering and exiting the pool area. Ensure the state capacity is not exceeded and company policies are followed.
- Ensure safety equipment is present and in working order.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Ability to deal with seasonal temperatures.
- Good customer service and communication skill
Schedule
- The pool is open daily between 10 am and 8 pm. Pool attendants work during these hours. The position requires attendants to work weekend and holidays.
