Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Medical Call Center/ Customer Service Rep”
Position: Medical Call Center/ Customer Service Rep
Location: Louisville, KY (Full address: 5101 Jeff Commerce Drive, Louisville, KY - 40219 )
Duration: 4-6 months temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Note:
- Hybrid role
- Work scheduled: 40 hours/ week [Monday-Friday] / Shift to be determined
- Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Provide accurate information to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
- Resolve the callers’ needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
