Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the USA, seeks an accomplished “Bilingual Customer Service Representative”
Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Rancho Cordova CA 95670 (Full address: 11050 Olson Dr., Ste. 100 | Rancho Cordova | CA | 95670)
Duration: 6 months temp-to-hire!!!
Pay rate: $20/hr on W2- Monolingual | $20.25/hr on W2- Bilingual
IMPORTANT:
- Start date: Mon, Apr 07th, 2025 - CSR Class
- Training will be Onsite (4-5 weeks) & Remote afterwards | CLIENT LOCATION: 11050 Olson Dr., Ste. 100 | Rancho Cordova | CA | 95670
- Duration of this project would be 6 Months with possible conversion.
- Candidates should be living within 20-30 mins drive from Rancho Cordova CA 95670.
- Candidates will be working from home throughout the assignment.
- Candidate MUST have high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections are not allowed.
- Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.
- Client will be offering candidates based off the resume hence no interviews.
- 4-5 weeks ONSITE TRAINING (This depends on how well the class is moving along in training).
- Work schedule is 8:00 AM -6: 00 PM (Pacific Time).

Responsibilities:
- California HCO is a state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: At least HS diploma OR GED.
- Must reside local to Rancho Cordova, CA, candidate may have to go onsite to pick up the equipment’s.
- Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $20.25 per hour
