Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting the restaurant staff in delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a passion for the food industry.

Duties

• Efficiently clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next guests.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in bussing or similar roles within the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
• A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen dynamics and catering services, is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail to maintain high standards of service.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
