What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tea Barista/Hostess position at Zen Dumpling?
Qualifications
- Provide excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
- Be knowledgeable about the drinks and be able to answer questions about each.
- Preparation (cutting fruits purees, cooking bubble, brewing tea, and making toppings)
- Prepare drinks according to in-house recipes.
- Clean the working station thoroughly before, during and after order
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain and improve the appearance of the store
- Take initiative in accomplishing new and different requests.
- Work well as a team player in order to create a cohesive workflow.
