Overview
Zen Educate is seeking full-time Teacher Aides / Assistants to support licensed teachers in K-12 settings. As a Teacher Aide / Assistant, you will help create a positive, well-organized learning environment—assisting with academic tasks, classroom organization, and student engagement. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend work, and a chance to make a significant impact during the school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed staff in the classroom by helping implement academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Work with students individually or in small groups to support their self-care and social / behavioral needs.
- Maintain a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to learning.
- Provide timely support for students in crisis situations.
- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
