The Position
We are seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed teachers to provide support to K-12 special education students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with licensed staff to develop and implement individualized plans to support student success
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to help students reach their academic goals
- Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and learning

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher OR high school diploma/GED and passing score on Parapro/Paraeducator exam (ETS, Master Teacher, or other)
- 1-year experience working with children in any structured setting
- Professional proficiency in English
