Schedule and Compensation
You will have the flexibility to choose from part-time, flexible schedules between 7:30 am and 3:00/4:30 pm (Monday to Friday) with competitive hourly rates ranging from $18 to $22 per hour. Benefits include paid sick leave, 401K eligibility, and one year of paraprofessional training provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Work individually or in small groups to support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs.
- Help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide timely support to students in crisis situations.
- Utilize various learning methods to tailor support to each student's needs.
Salary : $18 - $22
