Job Summary
We are seeking special education paraprofessionals to join us in supporting students with their academic, self-care, and social/behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed staff in the classroom to create a conducive learning environment.
- Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP) goals.
- Work with individuals or small groups during activities and assignments.
- Provide support for students in crisis situations.
- Accompany students on outings into the community as needed.
- Utilize various learning methods to enhance students' experiences and provide necessary support.

Qualifications:
- 60 college credits, an Associate's Degree, or a passing score on an appropriate assessment (ADE, ParaPro, or Praxis Exam).
- An IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience working with children.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- US Work Authorization (no sponsorship provided).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in special education.
- Behavioral Technician or PCA background.
- Crisis Prevention (CPI) training.
- CPR certification.
