Job Duties
- Support licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, addressing their social, emotional, and academic needs.
- Create a secure and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Respond quickly and effectively to crisis situations, prioritizing student safety and well-being.
- Employ multiple teaching strategies to meet the unique requirements of each student.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: At least 60 college credits or higher, or equivalent qualifications.
- English language proficiency and U.S. work authorization.
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children in a structured setting.
