Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated full-time paraprofessionals to support K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.
In this role, you will partner with licensed teachers to create an inclusive and supportive environment tailored to each student's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed staff to create a supportive classroom environment.
- Work with students to achieve their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
- Provide individual or small-group support during activities and assignments.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Offer crisis support when necessary to promote student wellbeing.
- Use a variety of learning methods to adapt to student needs and enhance engagement.
Benefits
- Weekly pay: $18 - $23 per hour.

Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher OR high school diploma/GED and passing score on Parapro/Paraeducator exam.
- 1-year experience working with children in any structured setting.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance).
Preferred Qualifications:
- ParaPro Certification.
- Experience in special education settings or familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Any experience as a Behavioral Technician or PCA is a plus but not required.
