Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with academic modifications, self-care, and social or behavioral needs
- Collaborate with licensed staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher OR high school diploma/GED and passing score on Parapro/Paraeducator exam (ETS, Master Teacher, or other)
- 1-year experience working with children in any structured setting (school, daycare, volunteer program, etc.)
- Professional proficiency in English
- US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance)
