Collaborative Education Role
Zen Educate is seeking motivated paraprofessionals to join our team and work collaboratively with licensed teachers in providing exceptional educational support services to K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop a strong partnership with licensed staff to deliver targeted support services that cater to individual students' needs.
- Engage students in achieving their IEP goals through effective collaboration and supportive strategies.
- Utilize diverse teaching techniques to meet the unique needs of students, promoting academic growth and engagement.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment, addressing any crisis situations that may arise.
