Zen Educate seeks dedicated full-time paraprofessionals to collaborate with licensed teachers in supporting K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside licensed staff to create an inclusive classroom environment tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Partner with students to achieve their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
- Provide individual or small-group support during activities and assignments, utilizing a variety of learning methods to adapt to student needs.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning, offering crisis support when necessary.
Salary and Benefits
- Weekly pay: $18-$23 per hour.
