We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Support Staff for Students with Disabilities. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting students with disabilities in our school districts.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate between $18-$22 per hour, paid weekly. There is no requirement to work on weekends, and the position is scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 3:00/4:30 pm on a full-time basis.
Job Summary:
As a Support Staff for Students with Disabilities, you will be responsible for assisting licensed staff in the classroom, aiding students in meeting their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintaining a positive, engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed staff in the classroom
- Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
- Maintain a classroom environment that promotes learning and engagement
- Work with individuals and/or small groups when activities and assignments are presented
- Provide support for students in crisis
- Support students on outings by driving them into the community

Requirements:
- 60 credits, Associates Degree, obtained a passing score on an appropriate ADE assessment, or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
