In this role, you will partner closely with licensed teachers to create an inclusive and supportive environment tailored to each student's unique needs. Working with students in either a one-to-one setting or small groups, you'll assist with academic modifications, self-care, and social / behavioral support. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $23, paid weekly, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule (7 : 30 am to 3 : 00 / 4 : 30 pm) and no weekend work. Preferred Qualifications : ParaPro Certification (with Zen Educate offering support for certification where needed).Experience in special education settings or familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).Any experience as a Behavioral Technician or PCA is a plus but not required.
