Looking for an energetic team player to complete our team. Servers wanted for day, night, weekends, and brunch shifts, must have experience with selling beer and wine and mixed drinks. At least 4 years’ experience in high-end high-volume restaurant.

Duties, Specific:
- Adheres to schedule policies, and arrives for work at the specified time.
- Completes opening side work as assigned.
- Checks table settings, cleanliness, and general well-being of assigned tables, prior to guests arriving.
- Assists in overall restaurant cleanliness, and orderliness during shift.
- Greets customers in a sincere, friendly manner.
- Takes beverage order from customers, orders product through the restaurant computer according to procedures, and delivers beverage product back to customers.
- Informs customers of the daily food specials, using established procedures.
- Takes customers order, determines in what order to enter the order into the restaurant computer, picks up and delivers completed product in a timely manner, to the proper customers.
- Throughout the shift, a Server checks at the beverage pickup area and in the kitchen, for any tables product, and if ready, delivers same to customers.
- Removes soiled dishes from tables between courses.
- Prepares correct customer check for each party, and presents it to the table for payment.
- Makes change, or processes credit card or house charge according to established procedure.
- Assists with the resetting of tables for the next party of customers.
- Assures that the station is properly clean and ready for the next shift.
- Completes closing side work as assigned.
- Any and all other duties assigned by the General Manager or Manager.
Must have over 3 years experience with fine dining
Must have experience with Wine, Craft Beer and Mixed drinks
Must provide current resume
Salary : $35,000 - $44,400
