- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and communication purposes.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
