What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Project Manager - Contingent Upon Contract Award position at Zen Technology?
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Possibly some weekend shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and network enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate between IT staff, vendors, and HRTAC management.
- Develop IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop IT business continuity plans.
- Provide monthly reports on IT performance, security, and service delivery metrics.
- Ensure IT projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with customers and co-workers to diagnose and resolve IT-related problems.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, track, escalate, and document technical issues.
- Maintain a database of IT support requests using a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Respond to users in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring all responses given are accurate, documented, and closed per SLA guidelines.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT project management, MSP services, or enterprise IT operations.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology roadmaps.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive IT innovation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, and mobile devices (iOS).
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, DHCP, OSI model.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Certifications Preferred: PMP, ITIL, Agile Scrum Master, CompTIA A .
- Must be customer-focused and service-oriented, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task professionally.
