As Director of Enterprise New Business Sales , you will lead the team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring new business while contributing as an individual contributor to meet revenue targets.

What is the Role?
As Director of Enterprise New Business Sales , you will lead the team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring new business while contributing as an individual contributor to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for enterprise new business
- Ensure adoption of best practices, including MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks and outbound motions
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-value prospects to drive revenue
- Assist in closing key deals and building relationships with enterprise decision-makers
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies
- Report on team performance and pipeline to senior leadership
- 5 years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of individual quota attainment and team revenue growth
- Expertise in MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks and outbound lead generation strategies
- Proven ability to mentor and coach high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a willingness to travel
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
- Expertise in leading and navigating complex sales processes efficiently
- GovTech experience, industry experience is a plus
