Right now only 2 product owners are running the product vision for CRM so need someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
- Manage and Prioritize the Product Backlog: Own and maintain the CRM product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with the scrum team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
- Define and Communicate Product Vision: Work with stakeholders to define and articulate the CRM product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Princess Cruise Lines' strategic goals. Regularly communicate the product vision and roadmap to the scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in and facilitate key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the team remains focused on delivering high-value features and continuously improving processes.
- Gather and Refine Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care, to gather and refine requirements. Ensure that these requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and reflected accurately in the backlog, supporting seamless development and integration.
- Monitor and Optimize Product Performance: Use data analytics and customer feedback to monitor the performance of CRM products. Identify areas for improvement and work with the scrum team to implement enhancements that improve user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Work closely with the scrum team to ensure that all CRM product features meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify potential risks early and collaborate with the team to mitigate them effectively.
- Foster Incremental Innovation and Improvement: Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement within the scrum team by exploring and implementing new features and enhancements that can incrementally improve CRM capabilities. Apply agile best practices in product management to increase efficiency and effectiveness in delivering CRM solutions.
