You'll drive research to understand messaging trends, craft compelling positioning that resonates with customer service leaders, and enable our teams to effectively communicate the value of Zendesk's messaging capabilities. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to bring Zendesk's messaging vision to life, transforming how businesses engage with their customers and paving the way for them to make the most of AI.Reporting to the Group Product Marketing Manager on our AI Product Marketing team, you will help shape our messaging strategy and offerings.What you'll be doingDevelop fundamental insights on our market, customers, key buyers, and competitors for Zendesk messaging capabilitiesLaunch and bring to market new messaging capabilitiesBe an evangelist for Zendesk's messaging product strategy and functionality; understand and simplify product functionality into real value-based messagingEnable our internal partners with clear and consistent messaging and craft materials to support customer-facing interactions (e.g., sales pitch decks, messaging source documents, use cases, personas)Be the connective tissue across teams — collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Success, Operations, and Enablement teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for use in campaigns, enablement, press releases, and analyst briefingsBring an ownership mentality to offer innovative ideas to uplevel deliverables or improve processesHelp maintain internal alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teamsWhat you'll bring to the role4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing in software and technology; preference given to those with experience in SaaS and / or Customer Experience / Service softwareArticulate and skilled at storytelling in a simple, straightforward waySuperior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to process information quickly to deliver against tight deadlinesAbility to engage with senior leadership in a constructive and collaborative mannerDetermination to focus on outcomes and be self-motivated and directedA customer-first mentalityThe US annualized base salary range for this position is $123,000.00-$185,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.Hybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week.
