Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a creative, enthusiastic Technical Recruiter.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing, screening and engaging passive and active candidates
Using data driven approaches to determine the most efficient, effective and customer centric means to attract top talent.
Be an active participant and encourage all staff to create inclusive work teams and environments.
Utilize ATS, social media and other creative tools to source candidates
Act as a customer centric consultant for hiring managers to create inclusive job descriptions, diverse panels and a positive recruiting experience for all.
Requirements
5 plus years’ working experience as a technical recruiter sourcing Software Development, Technical Program Managers or other highly technical roles.
Prior staffing agency experience, working in high volume enterprise, is a plus.
