What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director – North America position at ZENDO Event?
The Marketing Director works aligned with Motul Group’s marketing strategy and objectives and is responsible for the collaborating, creation, definition and execution of the overall marketing and communication strategy within the Business Unit. Identifies short and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures. Watches over the Motul brand positioning, awareness and reputation among all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Management & Planning
- Adapts HQ Marketing strategy and objectives to the regional strategy.
- Oversees the implementation of plans and activities for Product, Trade and Communication and assesses their impact.
- Ensures a consistent brand identity on all sales channels.
- Responsible for trade fairs, event organization & trade marketing.
- Collaboration with Group on the digital marketing and is responsible for the project management of campaigns and initiatives.
- Leads the Marketing team to achieve optimal results, ensuring the necessary resources are available to execute the business strategy, support career development, and plan for succession.
- Budget Management and Reporting
- Responsible for managing the Marketing budget and hitting operational expenses budget target.
- Identifies effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with KPI’s tracking and analysis.
- Analyses and measures the Return on Investment (ROI) of the promotional plan, through the definition of a ROI methodology calculation.
- Other
- Ensures all decisions taken at Marketing level will support the Sales activities (customer needs, partnerships and events, product offer) while analyzing competition’s proposal.
- Collaborates with other departments that support the marketing / business strategy.
- Defines and implements appropriate internal procedures and best practices.
Profile
Key Skills :Education / Qualification :
Masters’ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communication
Certifications in digital marketing, project management or content creation would be a plus.
Experience :
PMP Certification – highly desired
Proven track of results in similar B2C or B2B environments
Passport to allow international travel.
Travel Up to 50%
Compensation
Salary Range : 135K - 185K per year
