The Sr. Brand & Creative Manager will provide creative direction and design to drive the success of our brand, strengthen our brand image, and create a supernatural customer journey. This Sr. Manager will ensure all products and experiences consistently reflect the Karma brand personality and values across all platforms.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) :
- Position reports to the Vice President of Global Brand & Lifestyle.
- Leads development and implementation of Karma brand strategy.
- Creates and defines brand guidelines and assets, including brand graphic systems assets, style guides, and showroom guidelines.
- Provides creative direction for sound design, motion systems, photo / video guidelines, events, and team kits.
- Guides Karma brand narratives, storytelling, and messaging.
- Directs and designs the incorporation of corporate identity in digital concepts, event management, social media, and paid media support projects.
- Implements and communicates brand guidance on the client UXUI experience, collaborating with the Studio design team.
- Provides brand counsel to leadership, the greater Karma team, and partner agencies where needed in order to maintain consistency.
- Gives creative direction for environmental and experiential – including events, facility upgrades, and showroom enhancements.
- Designs and conceptualizes for Design by Karma merchandise, products, packaging (product collaborations, apparel).
- Guides brand narratives and all corporate visual and verbal communications.
- Other duties, as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee should have the :
Work Environment : To be located in the Karma Design Studio, Irvine, CA. The work environment characteristics described here represent those employee encounters while performing their job in an indoor office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may spend approximately 60% (excluding breaks and meal periods) of time in an office environment (on-site or off-site) and 40% of the time in the non-office setting (garage and / or laboratory settings or off-site researching). When working in a non-office setting requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including (but not limited to) safety shoes (unless staying outside of the working areas), bump caps, and / or safety goggles frequently. Working from home is a viable option.
In addition to our competitive compensation, you will also be eligible for the following at Karma :
Compensation :
170,000 – 190,000 / annual salary. Compensation will vary DOE.
At Karma, our base pay is one part of our total rewards package. Compensation offered may vary on multiple factors, including market location, education, skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position being offered.
