Nurse Manager - Emergency Room (Direct Hire)
Location: Lakewood, Colorado 80228
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Pay Range: $48.04 - $83.38/hr

Responsibilities
- The Clinical Nursing Manager is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s).
- The role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department’s daily operations.
- The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement.
- This position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
- The Clinical Nursing Manager supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.
Requirements
- 3 years RN experience
- 1-year clinical leadership experience
- High School GED required, Degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.
- Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.Credential: Nursing Specific- ANCC Approved
